SHIPPING POLICY
We try to get your order out the door within 4 to 5 days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer FREE standard shipping over £40.00 in the Mainland UK.

For all UK orders, the shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout, depending on the product, the value of your order and the type of delivery you choose. Prices start at £3.50..
Domestic (UK):
1st class Signed For - £4.50
2nd class Signed For - £3.50
Standard tracked via Royal Mail - £4.80
Special guaranteed next day delivery - £8.00
Orders within the UK are not tracked, but proof of postage is obtained.
Europe, USA, Australia & rest of world:
£9.50 tracked (for single product)
£12.30 tracked + (orders including multiple products)

We aim to post your order out within 3-5 working days. However, during busy periods (directly after a drop or restock), dispatch time will be approx. 1-7 working days. It's just me behind the scenes, so busy periods may take longer.
For international orders, please expect your delivery to take a minimum of 3-5 working days within Europe and 2 weeks for all other overseas countries after dispatch. That being said, there are currently some delays in postal services, meaning some parcels can take up to 2-8 weeks to be delivered. I am not responsible for delays in shipping after items have been posted, but please do get in contact if you have any concerns. If you are outside the UK, you can track your order using the tracking number on your dispatch email.

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout, based on the weight of your order and the country of destination. They range between £9.15 to £28.10 for packages weighing up to 2kg.

We recommend sending your parcel using Royal Mail International TRACKED. They aim to deliver in 5–10 working days, but please take this with a pinch of salt, as different destinations take different times.

IMPORTANT: Please be aware that your order may be charged import duties and taxes (including VAT) once your package reaches your destination country. Republic of Happy is not responsible for these charges if they are applied, and they are your responsibility as the customer. We are also not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes.
International Shipping Rates and Estimates
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at paulomi@handmadebytinni.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
I gladly accept returns except for customised items or earrings (for safety reasons).
